I am only a companion on your transformational journey. You can perceive me as a gardener planting seeds of awareness and introspection in your psychic soil. I will observe your behaviors, needs, and emotions with interest, dedication, and full acceptance. I guide you to discover your inner world and encourage you to go deep inside, until you reach your roots - to identify solutions and your healing source.

Based on my personal and professional experiences, I developed the WALK method (Wonder, Awareness, Learn, Knowledge), through which I become your guide to overcoming disorders such as: depression, anxiety, panic attacks, specific phobias, stress post-traumatic, anger management, eating disorders (bulimia, binge-eating, anorexia), personality disorders (borderline, narcissistic, histrionic, antisocial, dependent, avoidant, obsessive-compulsive).

 

Also, following specific techniques and similar steps, I offer you guidance and support services on: couple problems, difficulties relating to parents/children, adaptation to new life situations (pregnancy, childbirth, separations, divorce), chronic diseases , mourning periods, professional changes, cognitive-behavioral optimization, lifestyle changes, insomnia or other sleep disorders, diet, sedentary lifestyle or lack of physical movement, stress, smoking, alcohol consumption.

 

I help you overcome blockages, succeed in controlling your fears, improve your relationships.
